• ALL information requested for Other Occupants - Minors, family members, etc. living at the property MUST be included on application to move forward in this process.

• Brief explanation of other sources of income that will make up remainder of income requirements, if any.

1. Driver’s License or ID

2. Social Security Card

3. Proof of Income (i.e. two most recent check stubs)

4. Payment to Run Report or Full/Recent Credit Report
